Executive Chef Matthew Cappellini has created a special Easter Brunch menu with both buffet and à-la-carte options. Known for its Spanish cuisine and selection of small plates and main courses for sharing, El Tapeo will offer a special blend of buffet items and à-la-carte presentations for Easter Brunch.
Quiches cost $32 each and orders must be placed no later than Friday, 4/14. Choose from the Choriqueso Quiche that includes chihuahua cheese and chorizo, or a Asparagus and Goat Cheese Quiche. The restaurant’s regular brunch menu will also be available, including Chilaquiles with fried eggs, salsa verde, crema, chihuahua cheese and cilantro, Concha French Toast with rhubarb, whipped cream and piloncillo syrup, as well as many others. Easter gifts for the kiddos will also be provided. If you are brunching at home, Pastry Chef Jennifer Jones will be making two different quiches that guests can pre-order for pick-up.
